To assist busy residents, we have developed a program where you can enlist the Housekeeping team to provide cleaning assistance (for personal quarters or within shared suites) for a fee. This service will be available for all Residents Monday-Saturday, from 7am-5pm.

As New York City moves closer to fully reopening and massive vaccination programs continue, International House has made the careful decision to reinstate its resident member guest policy. All guests must be accompanied by an I-House resident member, be fully vaccinated, and adhere to I-House safety measures and protocols.
Washing machines are available onsite 24/7 in both the South and the North Buildings, and use a card-based, cashless system. Contact Darvin Valdez with any questions about using the laundry facilities.
Create a Work Request Ticket on our ticket system, Upkeep, for assistance with maintenance issues, including the installation/removal of air conditioners.
