Can I check out in December and arrive back to I-House in January without paying for my room fees?

No, this is only offered during the summer term. If you would like to leave I-House in December and come back for the spring term without paying room fees, you will need to reapply for the spring term. Admission for admission for spring applications is not guaranteed.
